FlipTheLook provides digital lookbook, product presentation, lead capture, and order-management tools for fashion and product businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your name, company name, email address, password, plan selection, and account settings. We also collect content you add to the service, including lookbooks, images, videos, product details, pricing, plots, order information, support messages, and uploaded attachments.
When shoppers submit orders or inquiries through a lookbook, we collect the information they provide, such as name, email, phone number, shipping details, notes, selected products, quantities, and related order details.
Usage and Technical Data
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, session identifiers, and error logs. This helps us secure, maintain, debug, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the service, create and manage accounts, display and share lookbooks, process submitted orders or inquiries, send account, verification, password reset, support, and order-related messages, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or security obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, storage, analytics, payment processing, and security vendors. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Customer and Shopper Data
Brand owners are responsible for the customer and shopper information they collect through their lookbooks. If you submit information to a brand through a lookbook, that brand may also use your information under its own privacy practices.
Cookies and Sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, duplicate-order prevention, and core service functionality. Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the service from working properly.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Deleted accounts, lookbooks, and orders may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before removal.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so you should use a strong password, protect your account credentials, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your Choices
You may update certain account information in your account settings, request support, or request account deletion where available. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
